Ask two real questions - how much of a nest egg do you want to have for yourself, and what level of peace vs challenge do you want in your life?
 
Map your lifestyle to milestones. What do your milestones look like?
 
Prefer to work really hard for a few intense weeks (6-8) and then give yourself a break for a month or so. The break is basically incubation mode for your creativity and ideas
 
Things that were generating their own money + courses that you teach to people are both awesome
 
Started off with 1-to-1. Then moved to 1-to-many.
 
It’s hard to charge a lot of money for apps. But this becomes easier once you white label your apps. If you let other people use your app for an internal application and customise it a little for them, you can charge them hell of a lot more
 
Make your messaging more about the human value people get or the concierge service they can expect than the tech. Tech is cheap is people’s mind. Services are expensive
